Buyers are responsible for shipping fees as well as any customs and import taxes that may apply. Baseborn is not responsible for delays due to customs operations or damage/loss that may occur in transit.
Baseborn ships to most countries.
Shipping Timelines:
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. If delays are expected, such as during a holiday or travel, this will be clearly marked at the top of the website banner so that you can be informed during your browsing.
As soon as an order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking info.
Returns:
Returns can really negatively impact a small business like Baseborn. Please understand this. We ask that you pay attention to the measurements and specifications of items before purchasing. Let's work together to minimize returns as well as the environmental strain of shipping back and forth more than we have to. If you have any questions about a design, fit, or color accuracy, please email us. Colors in images can vary across different screens.
Returns are accepted if you issue a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not guaranteed if you are responsible for damaging item(s) within your order, such as the following incidents: stretching, tearing, or staining fabric; causing foul or persistent odors to the item(s); losing buttons, laces or other elements; visibly altering the original item(s) in any way.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Seller is only responsible for return shipping costs if the reason for return is due to fault with the item, such as measurements, color, other details being different as described from the product listing, or if buyer is sent the wrong item.
Once a return request is received, you will be given an option for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the return. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item(s) has arrived to seller and in original condition.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You will need to go through the return process after you receive your order if you wish you cancel/return your order.
